How Nawa Match keeps the process halal
The way an introduction happens matters as much as the outcome. Every part of Nawa Match is built to respect Islamic guidelines on modesty, guardianship and intention.
Marriage intentions only
Nawa Match exists for one purpose - to help practising Muslims marry. This is not casual dating, and our process is designed around that seriousness.
Guardian (wali) involvement
The wali is central, not optional. For sisters, a guardian is involved before introductions progress, with an imam- or agency-wali path for reverts.
No free mixing
There is no open, unsupervised messaging between members. Introductions are mediated, and meetings are chaperoned - keeping interactions within Islamic guidelines.
Modesty around photos
Photos are never embedded in shared profiles. Where shared at all, they are shown in-platform only, with consent, and reviewed for modesty first.
Verified, real members
Every member is age- and identity-verified. Misrepresenting yourself is a betrayal of trust - and impossible here.
Privacy & haya by design
Your contact details, full name and sensitive information are kept private and released only carefully, with consent, when both sides agree.
